Open Position — Direct Support Professional
Under the general direction of the manager, the Direct Support Professional is responsible for providing direct care services to the people we support in such a manner that promotes independence and individuality.
Candidates must have a HS Diploma/GED. A valid NYS Driver’s License is required for most positions
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! WE WILL PAY YOU WHILE WE TRAIN YOU!!!!
CPR certified, SCIP-R certified, and AMAP certified a plus, but not required

Open Position — Manager
Under the general direction of the Administrative team, the Manager is responsible for supervising Direct Support Professional, and Assistant Manager and provide direct care services to the people we support in such a manner that promotes independence and individuality.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree. A valid NYS Divers License is required for this position.
1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual challenges and Autism. Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours (Tuesday - Saturday). CPR certified, SCIP-R certified, and AMAP certified a plus, but not required

Open Position — Residential Nurse
Under the general direction of the Clinical Director and Director of Nursing. The Residential RN is responsible of the healthcare needs of the people we support. The RN will work in conjunction with medical providers to ensure that delivery of the highest quality of integrated health and continuity of care to the people supported across PLUS Group Homes network.
Must have: New York State Licensed Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Experience working with individuals with intellectual challenges a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Flexible hours - can work day, evening and some weekends.
